Fried Cabbage with Bacon
serves 4

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Fry the bacon until crispy, then set aside.
  2. Saute the onion in the bacon fat until translucent, then add the garlic, mustard, and paprika. Season to taste.
  3. Add the cabbage and options and continue cooking until the cabbage is soft and beginning to caramalize.
  4. Toss the cabbage mixture with the bacon, plate and serve hot.
